This month Chimurenga is at the New Museum as part of Museum as Hub program doing groundwork for a residency later in the year.

We’ll also be presenting a Chimurenga Session on Saturday, March 16 at 3pm at the New Museum Theater, Bowery Street, New York.

Join us for a discussion on Chimurenga, its past, present and future projects, including The Chronic, a weekly online and quarterly pan African print gazette- out now-now.

New York–based Chimurenga contributors including Vivek Narayanan (poet and editor of Almost Island), Sean Jacobs (Chronic Gaming editor and head honcho of Africa is a Country), and Harmony Holiday (poet and choreographer) will be joining the discussion and presenting work.
